Administrative centres of the Global Country of World Peace are being established on the continental level, national level, and provincial and city level of every peace-loving nation. Soon the world will have Peace Palaces in every nation.

Whenever a government inflicts punishment, it only proves its inability to administer the nation effectively.

The ancient Indian heritage of Vedic Knowledge has this prevention-oriented capability, but the biggest democracy in the world, India, has put it aside in the name of secularism. It is a crime against life; it is a crime against human existence; it is a crime against the Will of God.

‘My’ invincibility should also be your invincibility, his invincibility, and everyone’s invincibility. If my invincibility is destructivity for you, then it is not invincibility. If my bright ‘sun’ is darkness for you, then it is not the ‘sun’.

Readiness to die or the ability to destroy the enemy is not the direction of invincibility. It is a misconception of patriotism. Destruction of life is a sin, and any sin against life is an open door to hell.

Invincibility means no enemy will ever be born to the nation. This will be on the basis of the Vedic Principle:

‘avert the danger that
has not yet come’

The Vedic history of the world records long periods of no violence—periods of perfect peace on earth.

The history of wars is a proof that destroying the enemy and feeling safe is a misnomer—it is a fool’s paradise. Let us, in this generation, resolve to disallow the birth of an enemy for any nation at any time in the future. Let us create an invincible defence and secure safety in this generation for all our children and grandchildren in future generations. Parents can do it, and the parental role of the government can do it.

We have created a Global Alliance of Sovereign Nations to achieve invincible defence. Here is an invitation to any sovereign government to make a wise decision to immediately resolve to create invincible defence in their country.

It is unfortunate for the world that India, the Land of the Veda, the custodian of the total knowledge of Natural Law and its infinite organizing power, is not able to provide shelter to the world. This is because the Government of India has fallen into the hands of the destructive forces of foreign powers. It is governed by foreign education; it follows foreign principles and defence policies—it has totally resigned from true (Vedic) values in the name of secularism. It is sad.

It is today’s India that is unwise. India basically is the Land of the Veda—the land of the total knowledge of Natural Law—total knowledge of God—total knowledge for everyone to be in bliss and affluence; but fallen from grace, India has become a follower of foreign rule.

In order to counteract this situation and really free India from the bondage of suffering and raise it to the level of dignity, honour, and invincibility, Maharishi is providing a perfect system of administration for every national government. This system of administration is through proper education—administration through edu-cation—ideal administration through ideal education—Vedic Education—education to provide the knowledge of total Natural Law to everyone.

Proper education means that the educated man will use his full brain physiology for every thought, speech, and action, which will naturally, spontaneously, be in the direction of evolution with the total support of Natural Law. No one will make mistakes or create either problems for himself or for others.

Vedic Education, as designed by Maharishi, has four values at its nucleus:

Rk Veda—the eternal Constitution of Natural Law that governs the infinite diversity of the ever-expanding universe with perfect order—offers a turnkey operation for perfection in individual life, in national life, and in the global magnitude of administration of the Global Country of World Peace. It offers every individual the most exalted dignity of freedom and invincibility—

This means that in the state of Vedic Consciousness—Pure Consciousness—total Natural Law is completely available to promote the intention of thought, desire, and behaviour of any individual or nation collectively in the evolutionary direction.
